How We Helped a Customer Choose the Right WS2812B Addressable RGB LED Strip

(A real LW Lighting case study about identifying the actual project requirement behind an initial LED strip inquiry)
Every week, our sales team receives inquiries that look simple on paper — a color, a wattage, a voltage or a model number.
But in custom lighting projects, the product mentioned in the first inquiry is not always the product that best fits the final application.
This is the story of one such customer: a custom lighting system design company based in Poland, specializing in bespoke lighting projects for architectural and interior applications.
What began as a technical inquiry at the end of 2018 gradually developed into repeat project‑based cooperation. More importantly, the first inquiry showed us why understanding the required lighting effect can sometimes matter more than simply matching a specification line by line.
