Italian Smart Water Dispenser RGBIC LED Strip Customization Project: From Sample Testing to Application Integration

In November 2022, a customer from Italy contacted us while developing a new smart water dispenser. They were looking for LED strips that could be used for both decorative lighting and status indication across several dispenser models.

For this project, simply having the LEDs light up was not enough. The customer wanted different lighting effects to indicate different operating states of the dispenser, while also having clear requirements for brightness, waterproofing, product stability, and customized lengths.

After confirming the requirements, we first provided samples for testing. Based on the results from the actual application, we then adjusted the strip power and related configurations.
