In a high-end lighting project, our client faced a challenge: while conventional bright LED strips on the market could meet basic lighting needs, they still fell short of the high standards required for brightness and uniformity in their design. To address this, our R&D team began exploring new processes—after multiple rounds of testing and optimization, we proudly launched the 24V LED strip lights.

This LED strip features a 2018 SMD surface-mounted PCB, covered with a milky white resin layer, achieving not only higher brightness and more uniform light output but also ensuring long-term stability. What is SCOB? New Technology — Replacing Flip-Chip with SMD Chips

The high-brightness COB LED strip lights have undergone innovation by combining the uniform light output of COB technology with the advantages of traditional LED tape flexible strip lighting designs. The SMD chips are directly soldered onto the PCB, creating a more robust structure that is less prone to falling off and can be manufactured in any waterproof version.

This process, combining the uniform light quality of COB with the durability of SMD design, gives the bright LED strips genuine high-quality characteristics—stable and versatile, suitable for both standard and waterproof applications.

High Lumen Performance

The light efficiency of standard COB LED strip lights typically reaches only 100-110 LM/W, while the high-brightness COB LED strip lights can achieve up to 140-150 LM/W, making them an excellent choice for high-quality lighting. These strips offer high light efficiency, excellent color consistency, and a wide light-emitting surface. The light is smooth and linear, soft without glare, providing a glare-free experience. Additionally, compared to standard LED tape flexible strip lighting, the light efficiency can be increased by up to 30%, offering bright and uniform lighting with no dark spots, further enhancing the overall lighting quality.

Wide viewing Angle up to 180 degree

Compared to the standard SMD LED strips with a typical 120° beam angle, the 2018 COB LED strip lights offer a wider light coverage. This broader angle reduces shadows and ensures more uniform lighting, making it ideal for applications such as counters, ceilings, and recessed slot lighting.

Waterproof Extruded Silicone waterproof

We offer three versions of the COB LED strip lights: non-waterproof, extruded silicone waterproof, and tubular waterproof, to meet different application needs. Due to the unique manufacturing process of the SCOB LED strip lights, the waterproof treatment is more stable and reliable, while other bright LED strips on the market typically do not recommend solid waterproofing.
